After almost eight months, universities in Wuhan, the Chinese city hardest-hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, are welcoming students in staggered time slots. It's the latest sign of life getting back on track as the pandemic wanes further in the country.
More new schools and kindergartens have built and are due to be built in the East Lake High-tech Development Zone -- also known as Optics Valley of China, which is located in Wuhan, capital city of Central China's Hubei province -- according to local media reports on Aug 3.
The ground breaking ceremony for Tongji Children's Hospital was held on July 22 at East Lake High-tech Development Zone -- also known as Optics Valley of China -- located in Wuhan, capital city of Central China's Hubei province, according to local officials.
As the second largest collegiate area in China, the Optics Valley has abundant education resources and many top universities.
