Optics Valley Art Museum opens its doors
Optics Valley Art Museum commenced its trial operation on July 18. Located within the Optics Valley Cultural Center, this new cultural landmark spans 15,000 square meters and features eight exhibition halls, integrating art, humanities, and technological innovation.
The museum has established long-term collaborative partnerships with top-tier art institutions, including the China National Academy of Painting, the National Art Museum of China, the China Artists Association, and the China Calligraphers Association.
Designed as both a professional art exhibition space and a platform for public art education, the museum caters to all age groups and skill levels. It offers art education for children, art therapy for adults, and community art activities, ensuring inclusive access to the arts.
Currently, the museum is showcasing four major inaugural exhibitions: the first exhibition by the China National Academy of Painting, the nationwide art exhibition Legends of Masters: The Eight Great Masters of the Tang (618-907) and Song (960-1279) Dynasties, the art exhibition of the microscopic imaging academic practice competition, and an artificial intelligence art exhibition.
