The 21st Optics Valley of China International Optoelectronic Exposition (OVC Expo) opens on May 18. Nearly 400 leading enterprises have gathered in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone (Optics Valley of China, or OVC), ready to showcase their innovations in a 20,000-square-meter exhibition area. Attendees are invited to explore the limitless possibilities of optoelectronic technology in driving industry upgrades.

This year's expo focuses on four core sectors: laser technology and applications, optics and precision optics, optical communications and all-optical networks, and optoelectronic integration and innovative applications.

These span key industries such as automotive, new energy, aerospace, and biomedical, aiming to enhance and innovate Central China's industrial landscape through optoelectronic advancements.

In addition to the exhibition, the 2026 OVC Expo will host several high-profile conferences, including the Optics + AI Applications Conference, the OE + AI Optoelectronic Integration Innovation Conference, and the Intelligent Photonics Technology Symposium.
