On Sept 17, the inaugural Integration-Driven Intelligent Industry Development Conference took place in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone (Optics Valley of China, or OVC), with the EAI 100 Optics Valley Integration-Driven Intelligent Industry Innovation Center established.

Both the conference and the innovation center are the first of their kind in China, marking OVC's full embrace of the integration-driven intelligent industry.

The conference is a significant component of the strategic cooperation between the China EV100 and OVC. It attracted key industry representatives from companies like EHang, Aerofugia, Banma Technology, and Imotion Automotive.

The innovation center serves as China's first integrated platform for technological and industrial innovation in this field. It aims to create a four-in-one industry service platform combining a high-end think tank, industry activities, business matchmaking, and tech innovation.

The integration-driven intelligent industry encompasses terminal products like intelligent vehicles, robots, and low-altitude aircraft, characterized by shared technological origins, interconnected supply chains, and integrated applications. It is expected to drive the deep integration of technological development, common components, and application scenarios.

As Wuhan's influential tech innovation hub, OVC boasts abundant innovation resources and a robust industrial ecosystem. It hosts China's only national memory base and the world's largest optical communication R&D and production base, with over 300 companies in the integration-driven intelligent industry chain, forming a comprehensive industry ecosystem covering key segments.
