On Sept 8, Lingjing Wanwei (Wuhan) Intelligent Technology Co signed a cooperation agreement with Optics Valley Central City, marking the establishment of its Central China headquarters in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone (Optics Valley of China, or OVC).

Founded in August 2023, Lingjing Wanwei is a technology company specializing in artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) and content IP creation. The company operates in the AI animation and AI novel sectors and has completed two rounds of financing.

The Central China headquarters will focus on integrating the AI animation industry chain and operating overseas platforms. Over the next three years, it is expected to attract over 200 upstream and downstream enterprises to OVC and produce 1,000 to 2,000 AI animations annually. The goal is to develop the company’s overseas platform into a "Chinese Netflix", fostering an AI animation industry ecosystem in OVC.

Lingjing Wanwei has developed a multimodal animation system that covers the entire industry chain through intelligent solutions. By using a proprietary big data platform, the company analyzes popular novels and short dramas across the internet to identify market trends.

Xu Jincheng, founder and CEO of Lingjing Wanwei, highlighted that this innovative approach increases production efficiency 20-fold and reduces costs by over 95 percent compared to traditional animation production. AI animation is now in mass production at the company, with an expected annual capacity of 200 to 300 works in 2025, equivalent to the traditional animation market's total output over the past year.
