OVC added 14,000 new study slots, while the population of Wuhan New City saw a net increase of 150,000 over two years, highlighting the zone's growing attractiveness. The scale of OVC's optoelectronic information industry surpassed 600 billion yuan ($82.69 billion), marking an industry breakthrough.
