To ensure you have a pleasant experience at the 2023 Optics Valley Marathon, please consider the following.

Please carry out a complete physical examination before the game. Those suffering heart attacks, respiratory tract infections, pneumonia or other such conditions, or those who have had a cold within two weeks of the marathon, are advised not to run.

Pre-competition training is essential to guarantee that you are fit to run. You are advised to engage in regular exercise and training, avoid overindulgence in food or drink, control your fat intake, and get adequate sleep every day.

You are advised to use Vaseline or other such products on your skin, especially on your inner thighs, armpits and other spots prone to rashes.

Pay attention to your heart rate while running. Reduce intensity or stop if you feel your heart beating extremely fast. Please ask for medics' or volunteers' help if you feel dizzy, your chest hurts, or you feel sick.

After you have crossed the finish line, don't stop running suddenly and rest on the ground. Instead, run slowly and gradually stop moving. This will help your nerves, heart, and muscles to relax.

Use ice packs within six hours after the game if any joints or other body parts are aching.

You can check your entry ID number using the WeChat applet or by scanning the QR code below, and then input your ID card number.
