The 2022 China 5G + Industrial Internet Conference will take place on Nov 19-21 in the East Lake High-tech Development Zone (also known as Optics Valley of China, or OVC) in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province.

The conference, hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Hubei Provincial People's Government, will last for three days and include an opening ceremony, two main forums focusing on industrial digitalization and high-quality development, more than 20 sub-forums, and several other activities.

The conference will also include sub-venues in the cities of Xiangyang and Yichang in the province.

The national-level conference has been held twice previously, and has become a barometer of the industry, releasing the latest policies, showcasing the latest technologies, and promoting cooperation.

Topics such as 5G workshops, industrial data security, 5G and dual carbon goals, 5G and the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System, 5G and smart mining, Hubei's specialized and new enterprises, the industrial metaverse, and industry-education integration will be discussed at the conference.
