Miracle – an animated film jointly produced by TAIKO, an award-winning animation studio based in the East Lake High-tech Development Zone (also known as Optics Valley of China, or OVC), and Silk Road Paradise – has reportedly qualified for the finals of the 2022 Cannes Film Awards. The results will be released on Oct 13-16.

The film was directed by Zhang Shaofu and Tyson Hesse, and its production involved many talented professionals. It took two years to produce and tell of a family's adventure into another world, where they encounter old civilizations and magical creatures.
