The Fantasy II GPU product independently developed by INNOSILICON Technology Ltd – a company based in the East Lake High-tech Development Zone (also known as Optics Valley of China or OVC) – debuted on Aug 3.

The product reportedly supports three 4k high-definition independent displays and is equipped with intelligent AI edge computing power. The functions and performance of the product are said to be far superior to other similar products on the market.

INNOSILICON Tech is a world-class one-stop shop of high-speed mixed signal IPs and graphic processing units (GPUs), with its core competitiveness in computing, storage and connection. After 16 years of development, the company has established long-standing partnerships with major global original equipment manufacturers, including Samsung and Intel.

Originally designed to accelerate the rendering of 3D graphics, the GPU is considered the heart of the video card. According to an explanation by Ao Hai, CEO of INNOSILICON Tech, GPU market prospects are becoming broader, stimulated by the metaverse, cloud gaming, data centers and other applications. Fantasy II is only the beginning of the company's journey to empower the desktop ecosystem and enter the mass market.
