The second headquarters of 51Talk in Wuhan recently moved to its new office building at the Net Valley in East Lake High-tech Development Zone (Optics Valley of China), according to local media reports.

Covering an area of 5,704 square meters, the new office space is the company's largest one in China after its headquarters in Beijing.

51Talk is a well-known brand in China's online English education industry. It follows the learning model of one-on-one online teaching with real foreign teachers to help students improve their English-language application ability.

The company was the first online education company to settle in Optics Valley in 2015. After five years, it boasts nearly 1,000 employees in the city.

Optics Valley is currently home to more than 110 online education service companies, with more than 33,000 employees. The companies range from preschool education, K-12 education, vocational education and language training.

More than 30 leading online education companies have settled their "second headquarters" in Optics Valley. The online education service industry is thriving in the zone.
