Located at East Lake High-tech Development Zone (Optics Valley of China), Wuhan Best City has attracted the settlement of about 200 enterprises with 14,000 employees and offered incentives for many companies.

Wuhan Best City operates 55 shuttle buses, providing commuter services for nearly 4,000 enterprise employees.

There are 16 bus lines, each of which has a minimum of six stops and a maximum of 16. The longest line stretches 45 kilometers in length.

The area's transit services have been running for eight years.

Thanks to Optics Valley's relevant policies for promoting the development of internet plus enterprises in 2019, internet companies who settle at Wuhan Best City and other parks receive a 50 percent fee subsidy for shuttle bus rentals.

By the end of 2020, Wuhan Best City had issued 1 million yuan ($154,600) of the bus transport subsidy.

In addition to subsidies for shuttle bus services, incentives at Optics Valley also include assistance for rental costs and internet fees. Internet companies can receive financial rewards to cover rentals and publicity when holding press conferences in Optics Valley.

The development zone is mainly focused on supporting enterprises to build application scenarios and reduce the cost of broadband, cloud services and network security services.

At the end of last year, the zone, in accordance with its measures, cashed in more than 100 million yuan of bonuses and subsidy funds, benefiting 347 enterprises.

More than 80 domestic first-line internet-based digital technology enterprises have set their second headquarters in the zone. The number of local digital economy enterprises has exceeded 3,000. And all of these enterprises have more than 100,000 employees.
