In order to further optimize the local business environment and promote the implementation of preferential policies for enterprises, East Lake High-tech Development Zone (Optics Valley of China) launched the "Qishitong" mini program on Jan 18, according to local media reports.

Officials of the zone in Wuhan, capital of Central China's Hubei province, said that the newly-launched mini program aims to address the problem that enterprises at all levels are often unaware of preferential policies which may benefit them.

As the province's first online service platform to realize policy and enterprise matching and accurate information pushes, it not only publishes preferential policies for enterprises in real time, but also includes policy queries, policy interpretation and other functionalities.

To date, nearly 100 enterprises have registered as members of the mini program and have started to use it, local officials said.

As well as promoting the implementation of policies, the mini program will be further optimized and upgraded to create a matchmaking platform. This will help revitalize various resources among enterprises and promote exchanges and cooperation.

At the same time, it is also expected to move some offline declaration items online to help improve enterprises' efficiency.
