Founded in October 2002, Wuhan Optics Valley Construction Co Ltd is a large State-owned enterprise affiliated to the management committee of the Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone -- also known as Optics Valley of China -- with a registered capital of 500 million yuan ($71.29 million).
