Wang Guobao, 63 years old, a volunteer doing disinfectant work from the Guanshan community in the East Lake High-tech Development Zone -- also known as Optics Valley of China -- in Wuhan, the capital city of central Hubei province, is the hardest-hit area of the novel coronavirus outbreak in China, in addition to the medical workers struggling in the frontlines, many volunteer teams from communities have quietly been engaged in prevention and control operations every day.
