Grove Hydrogen Automotive, which is headquartered in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone, Central China's Hubei province, signed an agreement with Germany's FEV Group to co-develop vehicle systems in Beijing on Nov 13.

According to the agreement, FEV will provide customized vehicle development and engineering technical service based on the features of Grove's hydrogen vehicles.

As hydrogen energy became one of the emerging industries in China, Grove was established in 2016 with the purpose of boosting hydrogen energy application research.

Grove successfully developed its first prototype car in March and became the world's only independent hydrogen vehicle company attending the International Automobile and Manufacturing Technology Exhibition, which was held in Shanghai in April.

FEV Group, which is headquartered in Aachen, Germany, is a world leading company that provides design and development services of vehicles, drive systems, automotive batteries, software, control systems, and testing solutions. It has 300 professional R&D labs in over 40 countries and regions.
