The planned area for the Optics Valley Smart Industrial Park is about 24 square kilometers. The park gives priority to the development of industries such as optoelectronics, high-end equipment manufacturing, port logistics, new energy, energy conservation and environmental protection as well as its supporting industries.

The park is committed to becoming a primary base for the optoelectronic information industry in Optics Valley, a national-level base for the panel-display industry and a base for the logistics industry. It is also committed to becoming a world-class high-tech industry park and serving as a demonstration area for China’s new urbanization drive.
