OVC hosts AI and robotics extravaganza

The 4th Artificial Intelligence (AI) Conference and Entrepreneur Forum of China's Optics Valley (OVC) will take place at the China Optics Valley Convention and Exhibition Center from Oct 10 to 12, coinciding with the 2026 Wuhan Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Expo.

Focusing on AI innovation and industrial application, the event will gather over a thousand global experts, scholars, and industry leaders, making it the most influential AI and robotics gathering in Wuhan for the latter half of 2026.

The conference will feature multiple forums, including the Embodied Intelligence Summit and AI Large Model Industrial Application Parallel Sessions, fostering deep interactions between academic advancements and industry applications.

This year's Wuhan AI and Robotics Expo will showcase over 200 premium exhibitors and top-tier tech innovators from around the world. Leading domestic brands like Xiaomi and Huawei will also be present, unveiling cutting-edge technologies in smart homes, consumer-grade robots, and AI interaction.

A major highlight of the expo is the national debut of various new products. These innovations are not just conceptual displays but practical solutions integrated into everyday life, covering sectors such as rehabilitation, specialized operations, low-altitude intelligence, green energy, and smart protection.

Procurement delegations from over 20 countries, including the United States, Germany, Italy, and India, will engage in cross-border matchmaking in fields such as AI, smart manufacturing, low-altitude economy, medical technology, and industrial digitalization. Key domestic institutions in research, healthcare, education, and energy will also conduct special procurement discussions on AI empowerment.

The expo will be open to the public, with organizers expecting over 60,000 participants throughout the event.
