As the final WTA 1000 event of the year, the Wuhan Open promises a dazzling lineup with around 120 of the world's top female tennis players converging in Wuhan, with all top-10-ranked players expected to participate. Both singles and doubles champions will earn 1,000 ranking points, and the prize money has reached a new high, totaling $4.08 million.
The event will feature 106 matches, with qualifiers beginning on Oct 10 and 11, the main draw starting on Oct 12, and the finals on Oct 18.
This year's ticketing system balances diversity and affordability. Tickets for the Central Court and Court C1 are sold separately. Prices range from 100 yuan ($15) to 1,080 yuan for standard seats, 380 to 1,880 yuan for VIP seats, and 500 to 2,080 yuan for SVIP seats, available for both day and evening sessions.
To enhance the on-site experience, the Wuhan Open will expand spectator services with a shuttle service available for the first time, connecting fans to the venue. A new event carnival area on the second-floor platform will also offer leisure, dining, and interactive experiences. Additional rest areas will further improve on-site amenities.
