The Optics Valley AI Film and Television Content Creation Center has begun operations, aiming to establish itself as a leading creative platform integrating the entire chain of literary works, scriptwriting, and AI-driven industrial production in Central China.

The center's inception will serve as a bridge connecting outstanding literary and artistic resources with film and television enterprises. It is committed to building a closed-loop ecosystem that combines policy support, original literature, AI-enabled technology, platform incubation, and commercialization.

Beyond AI content production, the center will collaborate with local cultural and tourism sites, as well as commercial entities, to provide scenario resources for film shooting and production.

Moreover, enterprises or OPC (One Person Company) teams that join the center will benefit from multiple support measures offered by the Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone (Optics Valley of China, or OVC). These include eligibility for various support policies, access to promotional, cultural, tourism, and technological resources, and opportunities to collaborate on cultural projects.

OVC currently hosts 385 cultural enterprises above a designated size, with revenues exceeding 130 billion yuan ($19.2 billion) in 2025. This year, the Wuhandong Railway Station Digital Entertainment Industry Base and the Digital Culture OPC Community have both commenced operations, rapidly forming a comprehensive AI film creation industry chain.
