East Lake High-tech Development Zone (Optics Valley of China) in Wuhan, Hubei province sent 29 entrepreneurs to Huawei’s headquarters in Shenzhen for a study program from April 13 to 15.

Entrepreneurs came from the zone’s 24 companies including BioRun and Wuhan Sunshine Optoelectronics.

It is the first time in 2018 that the zone has sent entrepreneurs to learn at Huawei, a leading information and communications technology company in the country. 

During the training, lecturers from Huawei University gave lessons regarding Huawei’s corporate culture, human resources management, incentive policies and development trends.

They also visited the company’s exhibition hall, denoting that they benefited a lot from the activity.

Optics Valley of China will organize similar activities in June, September and November this year, to help the zone’s small and medium-sized companies establish advanced management systems.
